RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

OVO DESIGN offers a voluntary 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

This commercial return policy is additional to, and does not limit, any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

To qualify for a return under this policy, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and undamaged. It must also be returned with any original labels, accessories and protective packaging supplied with it. A receipt or other proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send the parcel.

Items returned under the voluntary 30-day policy without first submitting a return request may not be accepted. This requirement does not restrict the exercise of any statutory right of withdrawal.

Damage, Defects and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If the product is defective, damaged in transit or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly at ovo@ovodem.com, providing your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer-protection legislation.

The conditions applicable to voluntary returns, including the requirement that an item must be unused and in its original packaging, do not limit the customer’s rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming products.

Items Excluded from Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including items created with custom graphics, colours, dimensions, inscriptions or other individual characteristics selected by the customer.

A product is not automatically excluded solely because it is described as unique, handcrafted or made to order. The exclusion applies only when the product has been created according to the customer’s specifications or has been clearly personalised.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Products purchased at a promotional or reduced price remain eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal where that right applies. However, they may be excluded from OVO DESIGN’s additional voluntary return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, provided that this condition was clearly communicated before purchase.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different product is to return the item already purchased and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new product.

This procedure does not limit any statutory right to the replacement of a defective, damaged or non-conforming item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and the order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the courier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform OVU S.r.l. of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement to ovo@ovodem.com.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your decision.

You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Where possible, the product should be returned with its original packaging and all accessories and protective materials supplied with it. The absence of the original packaging does not, by itself, remove the statutory right of withdrawal, although the customer remains responsible for securely packaging the product and for any reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling or inadequate return packaging.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Refunds

For returns made under the statutory EU right of withdrawal, OVU S.r.l. will refund all payments received from the customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase.

Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Processing times applied by banks or payment providers may delay the date on which the refunded amount becomes visible.

For returns accepted exclusively under OVO DESIGN’s additional 30-day commercial policy, refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
